This document establishes the general rules for posting listings.
Please read it carefully, along with its integral parts – the Listing Quality Requirements and the List of Prohibited Goods and Services.
Do not post listings that contain offers, conditions, or information that violate applicable laws or third-party rights, or that facilitate such violations (e.g., requiring a passport as collateral).
You may only post listings for goods, services, job vacancies, real estate, or other offers (collectively referred to as "goods") if you have all necessary rights, licenses, registrations, permits, certificates, etc.
Before posting a listing, you must ensure that all its elements (including photos, videos, etc.) comply with the law. You bear full responsibility for any legal violations or infringement of third-party rights.
Posting misleading information about your goods or offer is considered a serious violation of next2u's rules.
This means that:
If the law requires certain details to be included in your offer, you must provide them.
You are fully responsible for any listing that lacks mandatory information or contains inaccurate details.
Place listings only for those products for which next2u has a thematic category. Do not place listings about accepting gifts, ordering services, collecting financial assistance, dating, finding, losing, buying or searching.
Listings must be placed in the appropriate thematic category.
It is prohibited to place several products in one listing, except for cases when they form a set or correspond to the same category. This means that you can offer a fishing rod and a diving suit in one listing in the "Hunting and Fishing" category, but you cannot offer a car for driving on a fishing trip. If a listing contains several products that belong to the same category, each product must have a price.
Exceptions:
We have the right to set limits on the number of free listings for certain categories so that users can see offers from different sellers. Upon reaching the limit within 30 and/or 365 calendar days prior to the placement of the listing, subsequent submission of a new listing or activation of a previously created listing in the relevant categories is possible for a fee, in accordance with the Terms of paid placement of listings.
Your listing must feature a real, existing item with consumer value. For example, you cannot sell "a hole from a bagel" or rent out an apartment "on Saturn."
If you are selling an item, it must be in your possession. If offering a service, you must be able to provide it.
Auction sales are not allowed. If you have sold an item or your offer is no longer relevant for other reasons, remove the listing from publication as soon as possible. Do not change the content of a previously published listing. In particular, do not upload a photo of another item or property. Create a new listing for a new offer.
Do not place listings without the purpose of concluding a deal regarding the exact product specified in the listing (fictitious listings). It is prohibited to place listings for the purpose of lead generation - obtaining contact information of potential buyers.
Please remember that posting a listing may entail an obligation on your part to a potential buyer to conclude and execute a transaction in accordance with civil law.
Listings on next2u are posted to inform users about the possibility and conditions of transactions. The listings themselves, as well as the information contained in them, are not aimed at generating and maintaining interest in a specific person, their product or service.
Post listings at real address, that is, the address where the product is physically located (from where you can send it or where the buyer can come to view it and (or) pick it up).
You can only post one active listing for one product.
This means that you cannot post duplicate listings offering the same product, including in different cities or regions, as well as in different categories nor through different accounts.
A duplicate listing (duplicate) will also be considered to be posted if:
If the product characteristics specified in the listings match, the later listing is considered a duplicate and may be blocked.
We consider posting duplicate listings (duplicates) to be a gross violation of next2u rules. In case of repeated or malicious violations, we may restrict access to your account on next2u.
