To create an account on next2u, simply click on the "Sign In" button at the top of the homepage. You'll be redirected to the "Login" page, click on the "Create new account" button. You'll be asked to provide your username, email address, and password. Once you complete the registration, you'll be able to start posting listings and browsing items right away!
Posting a listing is quick and easy! After logging into your account, click the "Publish listing" button. You'll be prompted to enter details about your item, including a description, price, photos, and your contact information. Once submitted, your listing will be live and visible to other users.
No, next2u is completely free to use! You can post listings, browse, and contact sellers without any cost. However, we offer premium features that could involve a fee for enhanced visibility or additional tools.
To contact a seller or buyer, simply go to the listing page and click on the "Contact the Seller" button. This will open a chat window. It's that easy to connect!
If you come across a problem with a listing, such as a fraudulent listing or a misleading description, please report it immediately. You can click the "Report this listing" button on the listing page, and our team will review the report and take appropriate action.
To delete a listing, simply go to your account's "My listings" section. From there, you can see your active listings, click the "three dots" button for the listing you wish to remove and then select "Delete". If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
If your account was blocked, it may be due to a violation of our Terms of Use. First, check your email for any notifications from next2u regarding the reason your account may have been blocked. If you believe this was a mistake, you can contact our support team for further review and possible reactivation.
